TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean and bright. Yellow color with gray reflections. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

In the nose it is sincerity and naturalness in its maximum state. The aromas of ripe white fruit are expressed (apple, pear, and small brushstrokes of banana) and where they also stand out, the floral notes that are very present.

TASTE:

Mouthwash with a warmth that gives it a very friendly character. Of marked agility, acidity and with a very characteristic salty touch. Long and persistent finish.

WHO CAN CONTRACT
La Rumbera is a natural white wine without denomination of origin made by Oriol Artigas Viticultors, in Llinars del Vallès, northeast of D.O. Alella, just 15 km from Barcelona.

Oriol Artigas is a young viticulturist from the Alella natural area of ​​Vilassar de Dalt. After training and working in various regions, he decided to settle in his territory. The winery is located in the old part of Llinars, and it is here that it makes its wines with a territorial identity. Great connoisseur of the area, he interprets the landscape with great skill and personality, cultivating the vineyard organically and making his own naturally. This allows the results of very frank and transparent wines, which, thanks to a fascinating touch of salt, express the whole character of the Mediterranean climate.

La Rumbera is a white wine made with Pansa Blanca from different vineyards between 35-80 years old, with granite sandy soils and river terraces.

The harvest is manual, once in the cellar 80% of the grapes are skidded and pressed, and the rest is macerated with skins for five days. Fermentation is a stainless steel tank with native yeasts. Once the fermentation is over, it rests for nine months on it with its own lees.

It is bottled without clarifying, stabilizing or filtering and without adding sulfur.
