Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Lemon color with greenish reflections. Very nice to see.

AROMA:

On the nose, it is an aromatic spectacle. Its citrus aromas, such as lemon and lime skin, stand out in perfect balance with the more computerized notes of fruit such as pear and quince.

TASTE:

Well-balanced entry in the mouth, where the freshness and acidity fuses with a certain sensation of sweetness that gives it great complexity on the palate. Long and persistent.

Ideal with fish and / or seafood onions, grilled tuna with onions, pickled mackerel, sausage turbot, asparagus pasta and sautéed mushrooms, and assorted cheeses.

Millton was the first producer in New Zealand to obtain BIOGRO certification for the production of organic wine, this happened in 1989. Years later in 2009 Millton was the first winemaker in the southern hemisphere to obtain Demeter biodynamic certification.

The Millton Te vineyard is made up of four farms: Riverpoint, Opou, Te Arai and Clos de St. Anne located in Manutuke and Matawhero. Its proximity to the Pacific Ocean exerts an invaluable influence on the vineyard. It is also important to note that the strains settle on geologically young sedimentary soils, which provide numerous nutrients to plants.

It has organic certificates (Demeter and BioGro).
