Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

The nose has notes of tropical fruit, citrus and honey.

TASTE:

In the mouth the variety with all its personality predominates. It is unctuous, dense and very well balanced, where acidity and persistence will end the experience.

It is ideal as an accompaniment for snacks, rice, roasts, seafood, white fish and semi-cured cheeses.

Elaboration of minimum intervention always respecting the environment that surrounds it. No additives, unfiltered, organic and vegan. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. It can present natural precipitates and turbidity.

Bottled in June 2020.

We recommend serving it at a temperature of 4º-5º.
