Floral notes and fresh almonds. A balanced wine, of a very good length with a saline finish.

The Chevalier Montrachet is located at the summit, on the same hill as the Montrachet. Our parcel, with an area of 0.51 hectares, was purchased by the Domaine Louis LATOUR in 1913 to the widow of Léonce Bocquet, the restorer of the Château du Clos Vougeot. This parcel bears the name "Les Demoiselles" in honor of Adele and Julie Voillot, the daughters of General Beaunois of the early 19th century, owners of the plot and died without having married.
