TASTING NOTE
Colour

Yellow intense with straw hues.

AROMA:

Sophisticated, elegant, intense. Notes undergrowth, tropical fruit, wilted flower touches dairy and roasted notes.

TASTE:

Large, deep, bulky. Exquisite and satiny with hints of butter and ripe fruit. And wonderful lingering finish. An important wine Côte de Beaune.

MATCHING
We could use blue fish stew, cuttlefish with peas, crispy pig's trotters stuffed with crawfish, rice casserole, lobster or grilled monkfish with "all i oli".
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Noellat Charles - Philippe Romanee and Gevrey - Chambertin Remy and created the successful Bodega Domaine Leroy. So there are two types of wine under the name Leroy. Own production, Domaine Leroy, and bought from other processors, the "négoce", known as Maison Leroy or Leroy Etablissements.
