AROMA:

On the nose, it is a very aromatic wine with prominent fruity notes of white fruits like apple and pear, combined with floral notes of white flowers and citrus fruits like orange and mandarin.

TASTE:

Very aromatic on the palate, with good structure and a balanced, refreshing acidity that makes it a very long and special wine.

MATCHING
Ideal for drinking by the glass or pairing with risottos, white meats, salads, or blue fish.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Penedès
Between the cities of Barcelona and Tarragona is located the Penedès region, with the largest wine-growing surface and the largest production in Catalonia. Bordered by the Mediterranean Sea, the Pre-litoral Mountains and from the Llobregat River to the Gaià River. The most important cities of this appellation of origin are the Vilafranca del Penedès (capital city) and Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. The more planted variety is Xarel·lo, with a surface of more than 7000 hectares.
