TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean and bright. Yellow color with greenish reflections. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

On the nose, it has an aromatic intensity that does not leave you indifferent. The aromas of all varieties are expressed in harmony and balance, with notes of white fruit, hints of herbs and vegetables with a mineral boost that helps to encompass its complexity.

TASTE:

Entrance with all the complexity that was presented in the nose. Passing through the palate with voluminousness and a certain vinous sensation that gives it a unique personality. Long and persistent finish.

MATCHING
Ideal with dishes of high gustatory power. Broth rice, baked fish with its garnish, fish soup, starters, semi-cured cheeses and white meats.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Instabile nº10 In Albis is part of the Alfredo Arribas wine project in the Priorat area under the project "VINS NUS inStabiles" A white wine broken from organic farming and worked in biodynamics, one that is presented with total freedom of pure wine craft, made without intervention and without adding SO2. A wine made from a blend of Mediterranean varieties of vines of about 30 years and clay and slate soils. Pre-fermentation of whole grapes for 10-12 days, spontaneous fermentation, bleeding and pressing by hand with local yeasts, and where it ends in large barrels (barrels of 500 liters). Aging in white stone ovoid amphorae for about 6 months. Unfiltered and sulfite-free bottling. S02 Total

The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
