WHO CAN CONTRACT
The Ktima Gerovassiliou winery is located in the town of Epanomi, 25 km southeast of Thessaloniki, the second most populous city in Greece in central Macedonia. Its founder Vangelis Gerovassiliou was one of the people responsible for saving the Malagasy variety from almost extinction with which this monovarietal wine, emblem of the winery, is made. Today, thanks to the work of Vangelis, there are many winegrowers who have replanted this variety to produce wines throughout the country. It is a variety of the malvasías family, therefore very aromatic with high acidity and excellent for the production of sweet wines. Ktima Gerovassiliou's Malagosia is vinified partly in stainless steel tanks and the other in French oak barrels. The aging process with the own lees gives structure and body to this excellent fully Mediterranean white wine. Serve between 8-10º
