Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Very pleasing to the eye.

AROMA:

On the nose, it is intensity in its maximum state, where it presents itself with very good complexity and an elegance worthy of the great Verdejos. We find rich aromatic nuances, where the herbaceous and balsamic touches take a perfect symbiosis between them, all bathed in the outstanding and noticeable minerality.

TASTE:

Entry into the mouth where it is presented with good volume and silkiness, with a fine and slightly velvety mid palate. Very well structured, which manages to balance with the characteristic mineral notes that give it complexity, thus taking a long, fresh and very persistent step. A aging wine with a more than assured evolution.

Ideal companion for all kinds of smoked fish, seafood and fish. Perfect to take with a bull tuna tartar with hedgehog and truffle.
