PARKER
PEÑÍN
Clean, clear and bright. Yellow color with slightly golden reflections. Very nice to look at.
On the nose, we are welcomed by floral aromas as if it were a garden, in the seconds there are dried herbs that are balanced with a very ripe stone fruit, and where they end with the quintessential representatives of the terroir: the touches minerals.
A balanced wine is presented, with a lively, crunchy and very marked acidity. It gives it a tasty and slightly greedy structure, the subtly computed stone fruit that we find in the retro-nasal. Definitely a complex, long and fresh wine.
The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
