TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

Intensity with very good complexity of pure aromas, where we find a range of citrus, there is where the orange stands with a very good role. All accompanied by balsamic and spicy perceptions that make it very pleasant on the nose.

TASTE:

Very delicate entry. Long in the mouth, in which we find that it does not have very hard extremities and a very aggressive acidity. Accompanied and perfectly balanced with an excellent harmony as you step through the mouth.

MATCHING
Thanks to its versatility it makes it ideal for you to accompany it with all kinds of dishes that maybe white fish, grilled or baked fish, seafood, white meat and spicy food.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
You just need to talk about Meursault to evoke a myriad of questions about the resident's icon of the town, Jean-Francois Coche. He began working in family vines together with his father, Georges, at fourteen, becoming the third generation. Since then, the enigmatic and modest Jean-François has reluctantly accepted the fame of his wines. When asked, I would surely say that it is rigor, constant vigilance and adherence to the tradition of the old school that makes wines so special. The patrimony of Jean-François seems more attached to scholars and religious who once spread this area of Burgundy during the Middle Ages than the tradition galleries, as their style of work is almost hermetic. When Kermit, the largest car client, asks for an appointment, he is always told: "Only in the afternoon when I return from the vineyards." Today, his son, Rafael, has taken the reins with his wife, Charline, and the two continue the family tradition with great reverence. They cultivate almost nine hectares of vineyards in tiny plots on six communes: Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Auxey-Duresses, Monthelie and Volnay. Approximately half of its farms are located around its hometown of Meursault, with its plots of Burgundy that surround the house and the cellar. Although they are best known for their Chardonnay, they also make bottles of six exquisite Pinot Noirs. There are no clones of any type, absolutely clear in Burgundy, where the cold, humid winters, the thunderous storms of the spring and the harvest rains make agriculture a challenge. Once in the cellar, the vinifications are long and traditional, in contact with the extended lies. This extra time at mothers prevents oxidation and works together with the excellent freshness that their grapes achieve. A good proportion of new wood is used, not to influence the taste of the wine, but to expand the aging potential of these wines. It is its vibrant acidity, often hidden in the opulence that helps them and grows old with so successfully.
