ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Dedicated to the cultivation of the vine since the 17th century, Cavas Hill was founded in 1887, keeping intact until today the will to keep the artisan production and traditions of the region, the Penedés, alive.
The love for the land, the spirit of improvement and tradition have been and continue to be the pillars of the winery.

Elaboration:
The must undergoes a pre-fermentation maceration at 4º C that will bring new nuances to the wine. 80% of the two varieties that make up the blend of this wine have been fermented in first year French oak barrels, which gives the set roundness, elegance and distinction.
The coupage is: Xarel.lo 80% and Chardonnay 20%.
