Colour

Pale yellow color, very pleasant to the eye, transparent, bright.

AROMA:

Intense, fragrant and at the same time subtle, aromas of fruits such as yellow plums, williams pears, aromatic par excellence also recalls the green notes of vegetables, fresh grass. Nice overall.

TASTE:

Well constituted, dry, interesting throughout its journey on the palate, light on the entry, better and enveloping through it and a long, citric, lively, slightly unctuous finish, with that character of young fruit that is acidic and green at the same time.

Ideal as an aperitif and as a glass of white wine. We could enjoy it with some excellent preserves, with local seafood from the Rías Gallegas, with some Peppers from the Padrón, for that vegetal note that this wine gives us. Without forgetting the local cuisine, Lacón with turnip greens, Pulpo a Feira, traditional Galician pie.

Parxet has been producing cava since 1920 in the Alella area, north of Barcelona, where the characteristic Pansa Blanca variety and the sandy soils of sauló are found.
