New straw yellow color. With fine and constant bubbles, clean and bright, with golden reflections.

AROMA:

On the nose, it has a subtle aromatic intensity. Fresh and luscious, sparkling with a wide variety of aromas that bring playfulness and surprise to the tasting. Floral hints, such as honey flower, citrus notes, white fruit, balsamic fresh herbs like lemon balm or fennel.

TASTE:

On the palate, the acidity is well balanced, and in the finish, delicate bitter notes are distinguished, within a blend of ripe fruit and balsamic hints.

A sparkling wine that pays homage to our estate, where vines and olive trees coexist with mammals, birds, amphibians, and reptiles.
