TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, limpid and bright. Yellow color with golden reflections, fine and persistent bubbles. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

Freshness, finesse, elegance, creamy almost buttery, citrus (pink flesh grapefruit)

TASTE:

We find notes of dried fruit (hazelnut) but also of dried apricot, with advanced notes, of blond tobacco and cookie dough.

WHO CAN CONTRACT
The essence of good cooking. The Chardonnay grape has an assertive presence. Brut Apanage is left to mature in chalk cellars on the Pommery Estate for another six months to allow the subtlety and finesse of the Pommery wines to slowly emerge.

A.O.C are the acronyms of “Apellation d’Origine Controlle”, that correspond to the Spanish regulation “Denominación de Origen Controlada Española”.
