TASTING NOTE
Colour

Golden bright shades of yellow. Fine and persistent bubbles.

AROMA:

Intense, clean, complex. Discover tropical fruit and flower fragrances and dry white background on toasted brioche and vanilla.

TASTE:

Structured round free. Powerful attack agreeable on the palate, well integrated bubbles, recall white fruit and nuts. Very long, excellent.

MATCHING
Perfect with all kinds of seafood, rice and noodles. Also home with stewed meats like duck confit in port.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Champagne Pol Roger is one of the few Maisons owned and managed by the founding family, who are responsible for the production of wine and selection of base wines each year. Pol Roger was born on December 24, 1831 in the village of Ay. In 1849 he began to create their own wines instead of carrying base wines exclusively from other houses. Its sales for the first six months of operation were 3,769 bottles and 825 half bottles. Currently, production is about 1.5 million bottles a year.

strong>Champange is the most recognized among the sparkling wines and is elaborated in the “Champagne” region, on the northeast of France. A.O.C are the acronyms of “Apellation d’Origine Controlle”, that correspond to the Spanish regulation “Denominación de Origen Controlada Española”. Champagne is the further northern region on wine production with a surface of 33.500 hectares and an annual production of 260 millions of bottles.
