Very frank and direct entry, with very good intensity and complexity. With the presence of yeast and the same aromas of aging, where we find, dry leaks, almonds and honey.
In the mouth it is pleasantly complex, with sensations of long-aging champagne. With very well harmonized carbon, it stands out for its creaminess and unctuousness. Great walk in the mouth.
The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
