Colour

Clean and bright. Yellow color with golden reflection. Carbonic small and well integrated, fine and elegant. Crown very pleasing to the eye.

AROMA:

Very frank and direct entry, with very good intensity and complexity. With the presence of yeast and the same aromas of aging, where we find, dry leaks, almonds and honey.

TASTE:

In the mouth it is pleasantly complex, with sensations of long-aging champagne. With very well harmonized carbon, it stands out for its creaminess and unctuousness. Great walk in the mouth.

The most versatile of all regarding your pairing. We could accompany it with grilled or baked fish, or even white meat with light sauces.

Located in the Marne valley, in the village of Le Breuil in the heart of Champagne, they have been producing for generations, keeping the traditional system. With an area of 14 hectares in the area Dormans (Valley of the Marne), Cuis (Côte des Blancs) and Monthelon (Epernay region), we work with the three classic types of vines with a percentage of 60% of Pinot Meunier, a 10% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. The harvest is usually done with a first selection in the vineyard, and a delicate process, with a subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature. Each vintage is a "coupage" according to the weather, followed by a long process of aging in the cellar. Pierre Mignon today is distributed to various countries in Europe and the world, with a very good acceptance.
