TASTING NOTE
Colour

Straw color bright green hue edge.

AROMA:

On average intensity aromas of candied fruit, quince jelly and toast. Records and balsamic butter.

TASTE:

Persistent bubbles, cool and pleasant in the mouth. Finish with notes of candied orange and freshly made bread. Pleasant bitter end.

MATCHING
To take it for a whole meal, from appetizers to desserts. Highly recommended with a good ham with grilled or baked with brie.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Mas Comtal is the name of a project initiated in the early 80's two brothers, Albert and Joan Milà, with one project: to make organic wines and champagnes author.
Applying a careful, respectful while pioneering modern viticulture in the house where both were born and spent his childhood and youth, over the years have made Barcelona a winery Mas reference within the DO Penedès.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Penedès
Between the cities of Barcelona and Tarragona is located the Penedès region, with the largest wine-growing surface and the largest production in Catalonia. Bordered by the Mediterranean Sea, the Pre-litoral Mountains and from the Llobregat River to the Gaià River. The most important cities of this appellation of origin are the Vilafranca del Penedès (capital city) and Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. The more planted variety is Xarel·lo, with a surface of more than 7000 hectares.
