Colour

Medium pink with a light copper hue.

AROMA:

Strawberry, cherry skin and blood orange on the nose, with notes of brown butter and dried flowers adding complexity.

TASTE:

Lush and creamy but not heavy, offering open-knit red berry and sappy citrus flavors and a deeper, buttery quality on the back end. Hangs on with attractive spiciness, a hint of candied orange and impressive, gently sweet persistence.

MATCHING
This champagne is made to match the most exclusive dishes, being among these the best caviar and the finest seafood, to leverage their sublime flavour.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Alexander II, Tsar of all Russia, was the most famous consumer of Cristal, the splendid champagne created in 1876 at the express request. Today, both ordinary mortals like crowned heads can drink the prestige cuvee of this company founded in 1833. A house that can boast of a very significant self-sufficiency. The 214 hectares of the Louis Roederer vineyards are well spread over the three main production areas of Champagne, Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne and Côte des Blancs. The vines are planted in these three areas and the best Crus, there is virtually no Grand Cru Champagne at where there is no Louis Roederer. Its production covers about 70% of the needs of grapes from the Maison. Therefore, we can say that Louis Roederer is one example of "champagne from the property." A family company who ensures the quality of production. Unlike most of the champagne, Louis Roederer is a purely family, led by true connoisseurs of wine.
