AROMA:

Power of good aromatic aromas of fine lees, nuts, candied fruit, dried flowers.

TASTE:

In the mouth it is tasty, with well-integrated carbonic, long and persistent with notes of its long aging. Their complexity shows notes of sweetness accompanied by a fine bitterness and good acidity.

MATCHING
Ideal with dishes of medium build and power balanced, happy to serve with tasty food: lobster, grilled lobster, and soft fish stews, baked fish.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Cava
Cava and Champagne are elaborated with the same procedure, called traditional method or champenoise.
