Colour

Golden yellow, amber border. Fine bubble, constant, smooth.

AROMA:

Medium-high aromatic power. Notes of apple, pear and citric over a background of pastry.

TASTE:

Intense attack. Pleasant and fruity through palate. Considerably long end.

Ideal as aperitif and dessert. Perfect with white meats and grilled fish. An original combiantion could be with "broken eggs with potatoes", jam and truffle oil.

In Olivera they cultivate vineyards and olive trees, and also elaborate wines and olis seeking to express where they came from, an origin: a land and a lot of people behind it trying to interpret it. They are a social integration cooperative, including people with any kind of disability who actively take part in all the process. Convinced that the labour is a vital and emotional experience. They started the adventure in 1974 in Vallbona de les Monges, on the inland Catalonia. The result of this work is an extense range of wines and oils.
