Colour

Good colour release and fine bubbles. Palid giving a greenish yellow background.

AROMA:

In nose is floral and fruity: notes of apple, peach and tropical fruits, pineapple and citrus with banana notes.

TASTE:

In mouth is dry and fresh, creamy and bodied, with certain acidity that brings it vivacity and freshness. Finals sensations that remains in time.

MATCHING
With an Iberian Ham aperitif, tuna or longfinned tuna with oysters. After that a dish with grilled crayfish, or raviolis filled with seafood. Excellent with veal filet, to finish with candied orange or cinnamon ice cream.
To enjoy with “montaditos” and overall, with great company.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Cava
