Clean, limpid and bright. It has a delicate pink color with light violet tones. Fine and persistent bubbles. Very pleasing to the eye.
On the nose, aromas of red fruits predominate, where strawberry, blackberry and currant are the undisputed protagonists. Thus ending with citrus notes and a subtle spice.
Entry into the mouth where the great sensation of freshness takes over the palate, and which gives way to harmonious fruit notes. Fresh and fruity finish.
The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
