Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Golden yellow color, and where it presents a small and persistent bubble. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

Contact in a glass where it has good aromatic intensity and a great balance between the primary aromas of the variety, where the white fruit and the more complex notes of pastries and toast stand out.

TASTE:

On the palate with a good feeling of warmth and freshness in equal parts. Very fine bubbles that caress your palate and harmonize with the most complex sensation. Long and persistent finish.

Ideal with white meat without much preparation, fish, pasta and snacks of all kinds.

Celler Gerisena is born, the new project of the Cooperativa Agrícola de Garriguella, which began walking more than half a century ago in the Alt Empordà, within the D.O Empordà.

Celler Gerisena has adapted to the new times fusing past and present, tradition and innovation to create a new dream, where they carefully select the best old mountain vineyards, give fruit to a new range of signature wines, which break patterns, with a deeply rooted Empordà personality.

Here they present a natural bubble made by the ancestral method which is the vinification technique used to make fruity and fresh bubble wines. The principle is to have a single fermentation that begins in the tank and ends in the bottle.
