Colour

Straw yellow with greenish hues, fine bubbles and persistent, slow in its evolution.

AROMA:

Very complex nose, with excellent maturity, memories of white fruit and citrus fruit (pear, lime), rearing and light notes of toasted (hazelnut pastry shop).

TASTE:

Attack fresh, creamy glycerine extension of elegant finish with long and very pleasant aftertaste.

Ideal for processed meats and grilled fish with sauce and cheese. Exquisite as a drink or snack at any time of day.

In the depths of Cavas Hill, in their natural cellars with more than two centuries of history, has matured over the years, in darkness and silence of the cellar, Hillium, a unique and precious cava, which have only come to light 2.000 bottles. To prepare Hillium have selected the best parcels of old vines, harvested by hand, selecting the highest quality grapes. His blend consisting of varieties, Xarel.lo, Chardonnay, Macabeo and Parellada are fermented separately, allowing a percentage of Chardonnay Xarel.lo and did it in oak barrels, which has led to a cellar with more complex and structure.
