WHO CAN CONTRACT
Campestral wines are the result of a dream project built from scratch with a lot of enthusiasm, perseverance, will and effort on the part of Andrés Troya, an entrepreneur who has always been in love with wine.
This project is developed in El Encanto, a high-level rural tourist complex, where the winery and its own vineyards are located. The location is located on the outskirts of Arcos de la Frontera in a privileged environment, one kilometer from the Gold Arcos Garden field and an elevated location from where you can have an exceptional view of the Guadalcacín reservoir, the Sierra de Grazalema and the rock where the old town of Arcos de la Frontera is located.
The destiny of this estate has always been to produce good wine since the Romans in the area back in the 2nd century BC. They were already producing wine in these parts thanks to their ideal characteristics for this.
Campestral wines are handcrafted following a natural and ancestral system which stands out in its smell, flavor and structure.
They are composed of Palomino grapes and the red varieties Tintilla de Rota, Petit Verdot, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon which grow in a unique micro climate generated by the geographical location and proximity to the Guadalcacín reservoir, the Sierra de Grazalema and the Guadalquivir Valley which gives the wine a very special personality. Likewise, it is complemented by albarizo soils and muddy veins that allow us to obtain wonderful wines with a concentrated, fruity character and with calcareous sensations, wines with unique particularities that are reflected in their properties and nuances to these soils and the microclimate of the area.
