Colour

Golden yellow color, intense, clear. Fine and persistent bubble.

AROMA:

Medium-high aromatic power. White ripe fruit dominates, notes of vanilla and brioche with a background of toasted and dry fruits.

TASTE:

Balanced, bodied, complex. Excelent in palate where notes of baked apple and toasted almonds prevail. Long and tasty end.

Good partner of parties and celebrations, it can combine wiht ragout and seafood, rice, baked fish, even with white meats whit sauce. We suggest a traditional "mar i muntanya2 such as chicken with lobster.

In 1930 Antoni Capdevila Can i Pujol acquires the property,in the term of Teia (Barcelona). They got the first bottles in 1940 following the traditional method. Due to the success of the company, decided to move to San Sadurní, and in 1955 they inaugurated the Cava Blancher in honor of the wife of Antonio, Teresa Blanch Solariums. Today, after three generations they have the same philosophy,to control the product from the vineyard to ensure quality.
