TASTING NOTE
Colour

Golden yellow, intense and deep. Perlage delicate crown formation.

AROMA:

Complex, elegant, highly aromatic. Notes candied apple, honey and nuts. Records toast and dried mushrooms.

TASTE:

Balanced, structured and very fine bubbles. Sublime in the mouth where there is ripe fruit, cocoa and hints of truffle. Long, expressive finish.

MATCHING
Suggest merging with Truffle Risotto due to the exclusivity of the sparkling.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Bollinger covers 164 hectares, most of which are classified Grand Cru or Premier Cru. Pinot Noir dominates, grapes demanding an intense character that forms the backbone of the Bollinger style. As a guarantee of the highest quality, the best crus are fermented in wood by a small stock of 3,000 barrels, elderly. The company allows its wines aged for twice as long as that is a requirement of denomination. So you can develop your character completely.
