TASTING NOTE
Colour

Salmon pink colour with cooper highlights. Fine bubble, linear, slow without forming crown.

AROMA:

On the nose, an authentic simphony of aromas (red fruits from forest such as blackberries, raspberries, strawberries...and a mineral note combined with candy nuances that empower red fruits and introduce new memories of yeast).

TASTE:

Medium-bodied, integrated carbonic bordering perfection. Taste moves from less to more, drifting and opening, taking form on palate, resulting in a long and surrounded aftertaste. Good acidity.

MATCHING
Perfect with appetizers, poultry, seafood, oily fish, white fish and soft cheeses.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Bollinger covers 164 hectares, most of which are classified Grand Cru or Premier Cru. Pinot Noir dominates, grapes demanding an intense character that forms the backbone of the Bollinger style. As a guarantee of the highest quality, the best crus are fermented in wood by a small stock of 3,000 barrels, elderly. The company allows its wines aged for twice as long as that is a requirement of denomination. So you can develop your character completely.

Bollinger Grande Anné Rosé 1999 is an exclusive Champagne from a very limited and hard to find production.
