AROMA:

On the nose is the complexity taken to spectacular levels. Perfect balance between the aromas of brioche, currants, dehydrated pineapple, citrus and floral touches.

TASTE:

Very seductive mouthfeel. Fine and fresh bubble with citrus notes and subtle sweet notes of pastry.

WHO CAN CONTRACT
Only 1911 bottles of this exclusive champagne are bottled each year. Precisely this exact number of bottles corresponds to its name, "Un jour de 1911", a date that commemorates the revolt that defended the origin of Champagne. This spectacular Blanc de Noirs is made from the best Pinot Noir grapes in the prestigious town of Bouzy, famous for its high quality Pinot Noir. It is a blend of the 95, 96 and 97 vintages and spends eight years of meticulous rest in rhyme with stirring and manual disgorging. It is a gift for the senses for its elegant aromas of lime, rose petals and jasmine.

All of André Clouet's Champagnes come from various plots in the town of Bouzy, all classified as Grand Cru.
