It has an intense cherry color with purple tones.
One can smell red small fruits as cherry, strwaberry, forest berries with a balasmic background of fresh mint.
It is soft, broad and very unctuous with sweet tanins that remember the typical characteristics of the Montsant grenache, fresh but with a very particular power which is not often in a rosé and a balanced acidity. Et the end we will find again the especial grenache flavours
The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
