Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Cherry color with grayish reflections. Very pleasing to the eye.

AROMA:

Powerful and intense wine with fresh and elegant aromas of very complex fruit and flowers, and strong balsamic notes.

TASTE:

In the mouth it is easy to drink and tremendously easy to drink. Smooth route with a very pleasant acidity that we doubt will leave you wanting more.

La Salada Roig Boig is a natural young red wine made with the local varieties

Celler La Salada is a project created by Toni Carbó with the aim of maintaining the work of his grandfather and his father in lands that have never been treated with synthetic products. Likewise in the winery he works with minimal intervention and without adding oenological products. As a result, you obtain wines that taste of fruit and territory.

It comes from old vineyards that are planted on clay-calcareous soils. Strains that are grown in the most natural way possible. A plant cover is left between the vines and no herbicides or fungicides are used. The harvest is manual of all the varieties at the same time at the optimal moment of maturation.

In the winery, the La Salada Roig Boig grapes are left to macerate for a few hours and gently pressed. Afterwards, the must ferments spontaneously with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. There it remains for 4 months on the lees and is finally bottled without added sulfur.

La Salada Roig Boig is a fresh and cheerful natural red wine that presents a blend of native Penedès varieties in their most natural expression.
