TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Light salmon color with slightly grayish reflections. Very nice to see.

AROMA:

In the nose, if we have to find an adjective to describe it is subtlety. That is, filled with absolute elegance as are the wines signed by Gerard Bertrand. Light and fresh aromas, expressing wild strawberries, raspberries and white peach skin.

TASTE:

In mouth with all the freshness that characterized it in the nose. Medium bodied but with sufficient acidity to make the main flavors of the fruit protagonist. Balanced, fresh and extremely seductive in that it will not leave anyone indifferent.

MATCHING
It is a wine for all hours. Its freshness and elegance allows it to be tasted from an aperitif or even as a mid-afternoon drink. We can accompany it with fresh salads, grilled seafood, all kinds of tapas and even fruit salads.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Iconic music legend Jon Bon Jovi launched this premium pink in the British market in 2018 in collaboration with his son Jesse and acclaimed Languedoc winemaker Gérard Bertrand. Hampton Water captures the spirit shared between the elegant and luxurious Hampton (a holiday destination of the great American fortunes) and the same "art de vivre" style found in the south of France. This collaboration between Jon and Jesse Bon Jovi along with Gérard Bertrand is about enjoying life and enjoying a good bottle of wine to share with friends. Made in Languedoc, it reflects the terroir of southern France and, of course, Gérard Bertrand's wine-making experience while paying homage to the glamorous lifestyle of the Hamptons. The different grape varieties are harvested separately to achieve optimum maturity for each. In fact, vinifications are regulated to respect the specific characteristics of grape varieties and soil capacities. The grapes are extracted, cooled to 8 ° C and sent to the press to extract the pink must. Special attention is given to pressing so that only the first and most qualified juices are preserved. The juices are decanted more or less according to the desired aromatic profile. The fermentations last between 15 and more than 30 days, depending on the degree of clarification and the temperature applied. The particularity of these vinifications lies in the attention given to the color and aromatic purity of the wines. Some of the wines are aged in barrels. Finally, after a light collage, bottling is done early enough to preserve the fresh and fruity character of the wines.
