The nose does not disappoint. It is intense with the right point of fruit, because the protagonists of making it so enjoyable are the strawberry and the cherry and that are united with the unmistakable touches of licorice forming an extraordinary harmony.
In mouth with good volume. It is a rosé with good breadth on the palate and, together with the freshness characteristic of Languedoc wines, gives it a balance that dresses it with very good versatility.
The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
