PEÑÍN
Clean, clear and bright. Garnet color with ruby reflections. It has a medium layer intensity. Very pleasing to the eye.
On the nose, it is a good representation of its origin and terroir. Aromas of well-evolved black fruit emerge with prominence: Plums, figs, blackberries and cherries, where they share with relevance the spicy touches of black peppercorns, cloves and vanilla and cinnamon sweets. All finished in small bursts of mineral touches (moist soil).
Mouth with balance as the protagonist. With a soft and elegant palate, they share a place with velvety tannins and character that give it a fantastic harmony. Long, fresh and persistent finish.
