INFORMATION OF INTEREST Victorino 2016
TASTING NOTE
Colour: Intense cherry colour with a covered layer, opaque. Glyceric and dense.
Aroma: Good intensity aromas with aromatic notes of different red and black fruits, quite ripe, species, toffee, chocolate highlights. Floral notes with coppice, toasted and mineral aromas.
Taste: In mouth is structured and deep, showing good acidity, intensity of fruit flavours, with mixture of flavours among palate, mixing menthol flavours with fine species and fruit tannins, fine and powerful at the same time, that will lead to a great wine. Long end.
MATCHING
The great taste of this wine makes that we should take it with great power taste dishes, including wild game stews, oxtail with sauce, cured cheeses (Ideazabal).
