MATCHING
For a wine so special, we believe that this is a wine for the study. If you would like to accompany him with food / dishes, you should have a low taste power.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Grau On Line don't take responsibility for this wine conditions This is a wine collection of old vintage. We believe that its preservation has been good, being a special wine cellar with more prestige and in which the characteristics of their wines ensure a large aging, we might find a surprise in the opening. It is a wine for decanting or not, since an excess of oxygen be little benefit, so enjoy it another way would be served straight from the bottle carefully with a large glass type Riedel Vinum Cabernet. It’s the international reference when talking about Spanish wine, so this is the most historic house in international wine auctions. The Alvarez family bought the winery in 1982, founded since 1864, giving a contribution and a much more open and modern character at the warehouse, expanding its range with some news and younger wines, like Bodegas Alion, from Ribera del Duero and the Bodegas Pintia in Toro. They also acquired the winery Oremus Tokaji in Hungary. Under the guidance of the winemakers Begoña Jovellar and Xavier Ausàs, has become biggest yhe name of the above holds.
