TASTING NOTE
Colour

Cherry red, with garnet rim. Layer very high and clear.

AROMA:

Complex, deep and evocative aromas of black fruits, very interesting sense of sweet spices and herbs. With power high aromas.

TASTE:

Large, sweet, enveloping, great balanced with good acidity. Finely grained tannins and an excellent final strength, very persistent. A wine with a long life ahead.

MATCHING
Ideal wine to drink with red meats, game meats, and generally taste dishes of a higher power, like some stews.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
The raising of "Único" is probably the longest in the world, lasting a minimum of 10 years between wood and bottle. French and American wood, new and used 225-liter barrels, 20,000-liter barrels ... A long and complex process for a legendary wine.

Average age of the vineyard 35 years.

Ribera del Duero is one of the most important wine-growing regions in Spain, is located in Castilla y León and embraces a part of the Duero basin. Limited in the east by the town of San Esteban de Gormaz and in the west by Quintanilla de Onessimo, Ribera del Duero has a surface of 21000 hectares and an annual production of barely 56 million of liters.
