Cherry colour with garnet rim, very pleasing to the eye, brilliant.

AROMA:

Intense, honest, and clean. Power reminds us of the high aromatic scents of ripe red and black fruit. Memories also balsamic, aromatic woods, spices (vanilla). A very complex wine nose.

TASTE:

Tasty, long and well structured in its passage through the mouth. Reappear sensations of ripe fruit. Final slightly tannic, surprisingly. A wine that improves once decanted, so what we define as a changing wine.

It's the perfect wine to match both big-game meat as small game, marinated meat and / or cooked, cured cheeses and a long list of gourmet dishes such as duck breast with cherries, for example. In short, a wine to enjoy.
