By serving in the cup, we can quickly appreciate ruby colour with purple glint and bright (a perfect combination of youth and ageing).
In the nose, balanced fruit flavours amaze us with the aroma of the cask. A good harmony between black fruit aromas, blackberry and blueberry over a base of ripe grapes, with hints of liquorice and vanilla. You can also appreciate spicy (white pepper and curry) adorned with a certain sweetness of cinnamon.
Pleasant in the mouth, the acidity is well balanced with tannins feeling. Sweet tannins accompanied by glycerine which makes, if its possible, more rounded this wine.
