TASTING NOTE
Colour

A superb, rich and dark garnet colour with chocolate glints.

AROMA:

It has elegant and complex oak aromas with spices, aromatic herbs, cocoa and tobacco aromas coming trough.

TASTE:

It is unctuous and silky on the palate, with hints of spices and liquorice. A great length and a lingering finish can be felt as an unique sensation.

MATCHING
To decant it’s recommended. Ideal for good red meat, game dishes and grilled fish.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
18 days of fermentation and maceration
in new French oak barrels with bazuqueos as an extraction method.
Malolactic in new French oak.
Bottled without mechanical processes or filtration. Aging of 24 months in French oak barrels, fine grain, 225L, with medium-high roasting.
