In nose, it first shows the general characteristics of the grape Cabernet Sauvignon, with a wide fragrance of white and black peeper, over a ripe black fruit background.
The entrance in mouth is fresh and juicy, it shows a good structure with a texture that makes the wine way balanced and long.
The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
