TASTING NOTE
Colour

Deep cherry red, clean and bright, with garnet rims reflecting its long aging. High opacity with dense, slow-moving legs (tears).

AROMA:

High intensity and complexity. Prominent notes of overripe red and black fruits (plums, cherries) blended with oak-aging aromas: smoky hints, toast, vanilla, and a subtle mineral slate undertone.

TASTE:

Powerful entry with great character. Full-bodied, round, and beautifully balanced. The 18-month aging provides a velvety structure with polished tannins and a long, persistent finish.

MATCHING
Grilled red meats, game stews (wild boar), Iberian cured meats, and aged sheep cheeses.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Castelo de Pedregosa produces still and sparkling wines in the Penedès and two wines in the Priorat, in the town of Bellmunt.
