PARKER
PEÑÍN
Intense bright cherry color with violet tones. Nice, abundant and uniform tears.
Clean and intense, very expressive nasal aromas full of ripe red fruit notes (cherries, forest strawberries, currants) very well complemented by some hints of sweet and hot spices. Refined and very well integrated toasted nuances. Menthol hints.
In the mouth, it is very fruity. It shows a good attack and a good, silky mid palate with an outstanding acidity and noticeable but balanced tannins. Long and persistent finish with a balsamic and spicy aftertaste.
