Colour: Scarlet red in good coat, an orange glow.
Aroma: Elegant and intense black fruit, spice, cedar, the touch of fruit characteristic of the cellar remains, combines perfectly with the mineral terroir, very ripe black fruit.
Taste: In the mouth it is sweet, tasty, ripe and very polished wine, with hints of wild fruits in liquor, with character as a while silky and seductive. It has a persistent and pleasant aftertaste.
Accompany with red meats, pork in Segovia style, stews, rice pigeon, or even a cod with aioli mousseline.
Winery located in Gratallops, on the Priorat, partner with local producers and directed by winemaker Alvaro Palacios. Slate floors are laminar structure located in a vertical and oblique. Mild Mediterranean climate is largely influenced by sea, with a predominance of sun and little rain leading to a selective harvest, according to different sectors of the property.
