Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Garnet color with ruby reflections, where it has a medium layer intensity. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

Nose entry where the aromas are very concentrated (pre-settling is recommended). The notes of cherry and blackcurrant are strongly expressed, where they manage to harmonize with vanilla touches.

TASTE:

Wine where the time in the bottle fits you sensationally well. Entry with a very determined personality, where it develops persistent and almost palpable tannins. Long, wide and persistent finish.

The vineyards are located in the Castelnuovo dell'Abate area, south of Motalcino. This area is well known for offering very elegant wines with Sangiovese grapes. 100% manual harvest, where the grapes arrive in the cellar for destemming. This process takes place in stainless steel tanks with a controlled temperature that lasts about 15-18 days at a constant temperature of 28 °. The wine is then separated from the skins and 40% is introduced into French oak barrels, the remaining 60% is deposited in Slovenian oak barrels. Prior to bottling, the wine rests in the bottle for eighteen months.
