Colour

Violet cherry colour, clean and bright.

AROMA:

Aromas reminiscent of the fruit in liqueur, chocolate liqueur, with mineral notes of toasted oak.

TASTE:

Its passage through the mouth is enveloping, savoury, sweet, with mature feelings, noble, warm and dry finish.

MATCHING
We become true delicacies dishes as beef tenderloin, entrecote, or even a roast beef lasagne with truffles.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Its wines are the result of a number of estates with centuries-old grapes: the "Trossos", led by singer Lluis Llach and notary Enric Costa. They say the key is in the blend of classic and exotic varieties, so that gives a perfect complexity to their wines.
