WHO CAN CONTRACT
Harlan Estate is a winery founded by Bill Harlan, an owner of a resort in Napa Valley who in 1984 bought 97 acres of which 16 were used to make high quality wines. Limited productions that are difficult to access and with engraved labels that are real works of art.
Harlan Estate wine comes from a 16-acre vineyard mostly of Cabernet Sauvignon, a grape variety widely grown in the Napa Valley. Respectful farming with limited yields is practiced and harvested manually at the optimum time of ripening.
It matures and ferments with local yeasts at a controlled temperature and then ages in 225 liter oak barrels for about eighteen months.
Defined by Jancis Robinson herself as "one of the top 10 wines of the twentieth century" and four scores of 100 Parker Points, we can say that we are facing one of the most quoted Californian productions on the market.
Harlan Estate is a hedonistic wine that borders on perfection, and as its owner points out: It is a wine made to have a more pleasant and healthy life.
