Colour: Dark ruby red colour, very intense.
Aroma: Deep nose full of raspberries, violets, blackberries with hints of toast, but later appear aromas of cedar, wood smoke and truffle.
Taste: Lush, full and round, their attack fills the palate with flavours of sweet blackberries and with hints of black chocolate. It finishes with noble tannins ripe and impressive length.
Perfect with the best red meat, game dishes in general and the choicest cured sausages.
