Colour

The wine has a good layer and an intense purple color of its youth, clean, bright.

AROMA:

The nose is very intense with aromas of red fruits and blackberries, currants and blueberries. Floral nuances, I remember violets

TASTE:

Very pleasant, with a sweet and round, homogeneous tannin. It has an intensely fruity finish. It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 7º and 10º C.

It is a 100% Tempranillo Rioja from organic farming. The grapes come from three small farms located in Oyón, Rioja Alavesa - Sansol, Joarrández and Cañadiña. These add 9 hectares to 450 meters of altitude located on a plateau with slight inclination ensuring good solar exposure and ventilation. The vines are planted in a glass and have an age of 30 years. The harvest is manual and its production is 4,000-4,500 kilos of grapes per hectare. The agriculture is totally ecological, without fertilizers or chemical treatments, limiting the amount of sulfites present in the wine. Plant extracts are used to induce resistance to diseases and repel possible pests. These extracts of valerian, chamomile, yarrow, sage or wormwood favor processes such as sprouting, fruit set and ripening. After harvesting and de-stemming, the fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature of 24ºC. The whole elaboration process has been controlled and has been certified by the ENEEK - Council of Agriculture and Ecological Food of Euskadi.
